    For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records, and to speed up your check in process, a completed new patient form.

  • Do you accept insurance, and which plans do you participate in?

  • Is same-day or walk-in care available for urgent issues?

    Yes, we offer same-day appointments for urgent medical issues. We recommend calling our office to check for availability.

  • What should I do in case of a medical emergency?

    In case of a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately. If you have a non-life-threatening urgent issue, please call our office, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • What are the payment options for services?

    We accept various payment methods, including insurance, credit cards, and cash. Co-payments and fees for services not covered by insurance are due at the time of the visit.

  • Are there language interpreters available for non-English-speaking patients?

    Yes, we can arrange for language interpreters for non-English-speaking patients. Our physician and staff do speak Arabic. Please notify us when scheduling your appointment so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
